Solution :
I conducted a full SEO competitor and keyword analysis using SEMrush and Keyword Surfer to identify at least five competing cleaning businesses within the same niche, focusing on both organic SEO and local business presence. From this data, I:
Performed in-depth keyword research to uncover high-intent and geo-specific search terms.
Developed keyword clusters and a pillar-content strategy to strengthen topical authority and improve Google’s understanding of service relevance.
Recommended a new website structure with optimized service pages and internal linking to support both user experience and SEO performance.
Created a roadmap for blog content, focusing on location-based and service-specific topics to enhance local visibility and trust.

Challenge :
The main challenge was rebuilding the site’s search presence from a low baseline with minimal existing data.
